REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

All pieces are handmade individually with attention to detail, durability and quality. As independent artisans, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. But if for whatever reason, you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we'll accommodate to the best of our ability. Each piece of jewelry we make is a little part of our story, one you're invited to share in. We value honesty and character; if something arrives damaged or not as you thought, send us a message and we'll be sure to resolve the issue for you. We want you loving your piece just as much as we do!

JEWELRY CARE

*Jewelry purchased before 2016 is eligible for 1 complimentary clean + polish service.

Certain metals will naturally age and patina over time. All pieces arrive wrapped in anti-tarnish paper and on our CN card-stock. We recommend storing your piece in an airtight bag with the provided anti-tarnish paper when not wearing them. If you're wondering about jewelry care for your CN pieces, we recommend the following:

GOLD + GOLD-FILL

Solid gold will not tarnish or turn your skin unless you have an allergy to gold. Gold-fill jewelry will require an occasional wipe with a polishing cloth to maintain it's vibrance. Over time, wear and tear might burnish your piece, leaving it shiny or a different finish than when it arrived. If you'd like to return the piece to it's original finish, simply use a gentle polishing cloth or wash with cool water and baking soda.  

BRONZE + BRASS

Bronze + brass are copper alloys, therefore the metal will naturally patina and darken with age. Water and heat hasten the formation of patina on the metal. Showering, swimming or exercising in your piece will almost immediately cause discoloration. Slight discoloration of the skin may happen from time to time. All skin types are different so variance of patina's will depend on the skin type. We personally embrace the beautiful aging process of bronze + brass, but if you'd like to return the piece to it's original finish, simply clean with a 'sunshine cloth'. Bronze + brass will always tarnish but using the sunshine cloth easily returns any piece to a bright champagne color.

STERLING SILVER

When silver is not worn regularly, it will darken and tarnish. We recommend regular wear and keeping the piece out of water to avoid this. To return pieces to their original finish, buff with a polishing cloth and keep stored in an airtight bags.

*With all jewelry, do not use baking soda or chemicals of any sort on stones. Simply a toothbrush and mild soap.


SHIPPING

Most items are made to order, so time is required to make and process each piece individually. All items are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks after payment is received unless purchase is a custom order or otherwise stated. 'READY TO SHIP' items ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order. If you would like your Christina Nicole piece rushed, please message us and additional fees will be added to your order, this includes a rush on processing the order and expediting the delivery date. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates without prior communication. 

We desire to be environmentally responsible even in our packaging + shipping practices. Therefore, all items are gift-wrapped in recycled kraft boxes with anti-tarnish wrapping paper. To reduce on waste, we package all items together and do not include receipts in the packaging unless individual wrapping is requested by the buyer. We send receipt notifications through email to save on paper and encourage you to keep the email receipts instead of a printed copy. If you're wanting a piece to arrive by a specific date or time frame, please contact us before purchase to ensure delivery by the desired date is possible. 

DOMESTIC

Our domestic packages are shipped USPS Priority to ensure their delivery is prompt, trackable and insured up to $100. If you would like to add additional insurance to the shipment, please message us before purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

Our international shipping has recently changed: Standard international shipping is now USPS Priority International which arrives in approximately 5-10 business days and includes up to $50 insurance. International tracking is only available with USPS International Express. If you would like to add additional insurance to the shipment, please message us before purchase. While we still offer first class international, we highly recommend standard shipping option of International Priority to ensure your package isn’t lost en-route and arrives promptly. *We do not replace lost or stolen packages.

All items are handmade by us, packaged by us, and wrapped securely. If a piece arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and we will gladly send a replacement piece. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while en route, unless the package is insured for the retail amount. Therefore, we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages.

CLEAN + POLISH

We offer a 'Clean and Polish' service on all of our pieces, whether bronze, brass, sterling or gold. This service is $45 per piece and includes: sanding, minor repairs, polishing and returning the piece to it's original luster. This also includes shipping the piece back using our standard shipping option.
